He was supposed to take care of a criminal case for me. Didn't do nothing he said he would. Made alot of promises that he didn't keep. Paid him in full because he said he couldn't do nothing till he was paid. Now I know why, so he can screw you! Kepted me hanging on for over a year. Then said there w...as nothing he could do. Thought I would get my money back but he took a big chunk of that too. Total waste of time and money. Don't waste your time hiring this lawyer! Signed ,. Very Upset

I had this lawyer for a criminal case, I had never been in trouble before, I had never had a record, and was facing pwismd schedule 3. I was told over and over I would be fine and that I would not go to jail and that I would get to see this evidence against me, NEVER DID, so I asked could I get a 90/...96, I was told via email I was to old for it, I wanted to know if there were any options cause i was a 1st offender and I had been doing so research on my own to see what options I had to keep this felon off my record and I was told NO!! I later found out that it could of possibly lower to a misdemeanor but he didn't even try and I could possibly did special terms under the ruling and had charges dismissed upon completion of all court orders. I had a great job working for a bank, which I advised Fox of and so I asked for a continuance in superior court cause this was my first setting and I was told NO continuances in superior court, so I was told to plea no contest against my wishes cause I knew I would have a felon on my record, but again FOX told me oh employer don't understand what no contest is, cause he used to be and employee attorney and he would explain this to my JOB. I tried contacting him no response, Well I lost my job, asked for a appeal within the 10 days as the clerk had advised and that I could not do it my lawyer would have to, and he advised via email I didn't have a reason for and appeal and if I did want one I needed to hire a lawyer to file appeal. I was given 100 hours of community service and 2 yrs probation, and had to pay him for hours he stated he had on my case that was not correct. He is there to get a check and go home. I even offered to pay him to so he would fight for my case and he advised there was no need he would take care of my case as my court appointed lawyer. I would not recommend him to any one. All he did was hold my case over for 2 years and not care about me or my future.
