Very unprofessional - did not even introduce herself to myself and other clients at closing. Assumed she knew one in the room so that must of been good enough. Not available by phone or fax as needed. Took it upon herself to write closing check to one party without obtaining signatures from others... involved for their approval. Very unorganized - maybe a check list of what is required from sellers would be a good idea instead of requiring signatures sparaticaly throughout process. Wasting time resulting in costing sellers more tax/insurance/fees. Will never use this practice again.
