I hired Heather to look over my LLC (a single-member type) process. I created my own LLC documents and then gave them to her for review. She also answered my questions and made helpful suggestions to make sure my documents were up to date, conformed to NC laws, and was legally sound and valid. Becau...se of that I was able to create a LLC fairly easily and quickly and very painlessly - which is a feat considering I've never done one before! This is a great cost-effective way to make sure that your LLC documents are up to standard, especially if you do them yourself, need to change them, or amend them. I would definitely hire her again!
