Shane Lewis Davidson

I obtained my undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Criminal Justice, at East Carolina University. Shortly thereafter,  I earned my Juris Doctor Degree at North Carolina Central University School of Law.

During my time at North Carolina Central School of Law, I developed a strong interest in the area of criminal defense and protecting individual rights, which was further enhanced with while I served as a Federal Law Clerk at Guirguis Law. Moreover, I excelled in and thoroughly enjoyed my favorite law school classes: Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, and Trial Advocacy. During my final year of law school, I was a proud member of the North Carolina Central Criminal Defense Clinic. This clinic allowed me the opportunity to zealously represent indigent individuals with criminal charges in Durham County. Throughout this clinic, I gained valuable courtroom experience and the essential practical skills to thrive in a successful criminal practice after law school. This provided me with the necessary framework and experience to zealously fight for clients at Guirguis Law who are facing criminal charges. My passion, intelligence, and experience in criminal law makes me a perfect fit within the Guirguis Law Family.

As an Attorney at Law, I focus on Federal cases arising from the Middle District of North Carolina, as well as zealously representing clients in all State criminal and traffic charges throughout Durham and Wake County. As part of the Guirguis Law team, I bring a detailed understanding of the complexities of criminal law. My service at Guirguis Law has shown to prove invaluable to our clients during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

I am admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts as well as the Federal District Court in the Eastern and Middle District of North Carolina

During my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with his significant other, family, and friends. He also enjoys fantasy football, video games, cooking while watching the Food Network Channel, attending ECU Pirate football games, and casual bowling nights.
