The county offered me a PR bond on charges that were complete garbage. Ms. Ohman began volunteering personal information that was damaging to my case, in effect arguing against my release, and that information led to extra conditions on my bond which, among other things, made it so I had to stop taki...ng medication that had been helpful to me for years while waiting for trial. I’m not kidding when I say that I couldn’t tell if she was the prosecutor or my attorney, as the prosecutor did far more to defend me than did this person. I would not recommend her to anyone and would suggest that the zero dollars I paid for her as a public defender was far too expensive. I hope that her poor work isn’t so damaging that I am convicted on charges based on lies. Ms. Ohman corroborated parts of the complaint without being asked about them and volunteered inaccurate and misleading information which may well prove damaging to my case. Avoid this person at all costs.
