Worst non-responsive attorney I ever had to deal with. Someone referred him to me. And immediately I see problems. Mr Headen was lnt familiar with traffic laws so I continously had to update him on changes. He clearly over his head in this area. So I tried to end any agreement we had and he refu...se to refund me. I contacted a new attorney and got immediate results.

I have had three messy tickets always with extras. He keeps it short and sweet, If he says it is taking care of that it is on him, he has his credentials and I believe from the way my cases have gone. He knows what he's doing. I contacted this attorney in 2008 to help resolve driving privilege issues in NC. Upon speaking with him he assured me that my case was easily resolvable. I entered into a contract with him for his services in 2008, paid him a retainer fee of $4500 and have have had little to no response from him! To... date, I've had one court appearance, which ended up being a waste of time because the case was continued. That was in 2009. Since then I have called and emailed him NUMEROUS times about my case and have received one returned call and no email responses! It's now August 2013 and my case is still hanging in the balance with no resolution! I have sought other legal representation to resolve this matter and am filing a law suit against him in small claims court to receive my fees back! Do not work with this man! Whichever law school granted his degree needs to be closed down. I find his lack of response to be unprofessional and unethical!
