My 2 star “fair review” is not based on lack of desired outcome but lack of knowledge, consistent follow through, and inability to provide options that other attorneys provided. I applied for a parole in place and after a year of waiting was denied. Not the Rishi fault, all paperwork was filled out... correctly. Rishi suggested that I submit again but had no strategy of what we could do to shape a different outcome. After another year of waiting, it came back denied again. Rishi spoke to a contact he said he had within USCIS who told him that if we submitted again, nothing was promised but that they would keep an eye on the package. I hired another lawyer who immediately did a FOIA to gain the internal USCIS paperwork to find out why I was denied. With this information the attorney was able to shape the strategy that Rishi did not have. Additionally, I was put through a rigorous interview by the attorney who suggested additional avenues that could be pursued that Rishi never mentioned. When there was a package in process, I had the tracking number, so there was no need to talk to him. When it was time to talk to him, he would ignore e-mails, phone messages and I had to use their online appointment system which was the only way I could get him to respond. I terminated the relationship and am pursuing my goals with another attorney. If you have forms that you want filled out, his office is good at that. If it is a simple matter, I would recommend him. For something more complex, look elsewhere.

I was a bit wary of seeking legal representation from just any attorney for my Citizenship interview. But then happened to see the profile, high reviews and recommendations for Rishi, so decided to speak to him. While discussing my case with him, I requested if he could represent me in my immigration... matters. My interview was the very next day and when I mentioned this to him, Rishi understood the gravity of my situation and instantly offered to change his schedule asking if I wanted him to accompany him to my interview. I couldn't have been more fortunate and agreed. I'd some complexity in my case so his handling my case was God sent. Next day, on day of my interview, he met me inside USCIS field office and guided me on my case specifics. Once called in by USCIS interviewer, Rishi accompanied me. Where necessary he answered the Immigration officer and elsewhere allowed me to respond. At the end of interview, I was told that I'd cleared the interview (All credit to Mr. Rishi) and am awaiting oath. I found him to very knowledgeable in immigration matters along with a very friendly disposition. I highly recommend him and would seek his counsel when needed.
