James Randall Forrest

Lead attorney James R. Forrest began his career in Atlanta, Georgia working for one of the largest corporate law firms in the world. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Forrest practiced with Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, one of the premier law firms in the Southeast. Mr. Forrest routinely works with companies to manage legal budgets, develop executive-level risk-management strategies, and form and manage key partnership relationships with other attorneys and professionals specializing in intellectual property, litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning, family law matters, accounting, banking, and insurance matters.

Mr. Forrest has extensive experience with company formation issues, mergers, acquisitions, company divestitures, transactional due diligence and the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts across industry and subject matter, including, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment agreements, customer contracts, procurement agreements, consulting agreements, loan agreements, confidentiality agreements and strategic arrangements. In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Forrest also practices in the area of commercial real estate, assisting companies with property sales and acquisitions and various leasing matters.
