Never had been to court before, and I trusted her. She said I didn't need evidence that I told her I think we should have. She told me we would get if we needed it but that my testomany and pictures would be enough. That my case was an open and close case and that she knew the judge and it would be f...ine. I was redivided on the Stand for not having evidence and my case and I lost because of it. She gave me the impression the the opposing party was going to consent to the charges, right up to the day of the trial and it didn't go that way so we had to have a trial in which she was not prepared for.
