Lisa M. Dukelow

Ms. Dukelow represented me in my divorce, custody and settlement in 2008. Unfortunately I lost much of my paperwork in a recent move. I contacted her office to obtain a copy of my court orders, which I felt was a reasonable and simplistic request. It was a time-sensitive request (due to a pendi...ng allegation), and I made that clear in all my messages. I have left Ms. Dukelow messages directly on her voicemail, I have left messages directly with the front desk staff, and have been attempting to contact her for more than a month now. Ms. Dukelow has not returned any calls nor contacted me , and she has been completely unresponsive to my request. She has taken no action to provide my documentation. At one point I was told by the front desk staff that Ms. Dukelow said it would take a 'court order' to retrieve my documents and that I would have to wait until the following week. Again, the date promised came and went weeks ago. No one followed up. Ms. Dukelow has yet to return even a single phone call. I contacted the courts myself and they are now trying to help me. No one at the courts has ever mentioned needing a court order to get a copy of my filed documents. I don't believe that was ever truth. Ms. Dukelow is non-responsive and I would not recommend hiring her for any services.
