Client

My former attorney Flores Was negligent, not helpful, and dishonest. I would not recommend to any client. He was hired to assist with my SS benefits. I had a assistant help me with filling out my application. This assistant proceeded to put false information and events in my application that did not ...apply to me or my case. Now when I talked to the SS doctor he picked up on this after he performed industry standard test and an interview to determine my condition. The doctor then took the time to inform me that my assistant had lied on the application. This is illegal and would make it very hard for me to proceed forward with SS benefits. When I discussed this with flores he chose to ignore both me and my doctors concerns about FRAUD. As a law abiding citizen this makes me extremely concerned for flores( someone who should know the law better than others and should have high moral standards). Truthfully he seemed more concerned with covering up the lies than even so much as talking to my assistant to correct the mistakes that were put in. He was even threatening, in such a way as to discourage me from reporting the incident. This is a serious matter and self respecting lawyer should undermine something so illegal and wrong. Hopefully other lawyers with morals will read this and help flores change his ways. I do not want, nor do I recommend attorneys that put making money over honesty, integrity, and truth. The other issue I have is he does not listen, he has his own agenda if it doesn’t fit his ideas that’s it (set in his ways, with blinders on). A good lawyer will listen, investigate, and do what is right. flores is the worst. Find another lawyer, one that cares and puts his or her clients first as well as the law.

Thank you for your help

I hired an out of state law firm to represent me in my Social Security Disability claim. Mr. Flores was my hearing attorney for my hearing in Asheville, NC. Mr. Flores explained the hearing process to me. He prepared me very well for the hearing and as a result I was not as nervous about the heari...ng. Mr. Flores stayed in touch with me after the hearing which I very much appreciated. I was very happy with the result of my hearing.

YOU'RE BETTER OFF ON YOUR OWN

First off i can not drive due to my back injuries. So my mother and my wife had to use vacation days to take me to my hearing on may 6th 2015. Juan Flores Jr. calls me 1 hour before my hearing to let me know that he isn't going to make it due to a sports injury playing basketball the night before a h...earing. I was already in Charlottesville 5 mins away from the hearing. So Mr. Flores is saying that we should file for a continuance. This was literally the only time i was going to be able to make it to Charlottesville for this hearing due to the strain that is caused by that long of a car ride. So i tell him I am going to go to the hearing on my own. So he spends 10 mins asking me questions that the judge might ask me to prepare me. And just before I get off the phone Juan Flores Jr. tells me you will do great in there, just give me a call when you get out and let me know how things went. This (words I will not type due to it may cause my review to be taken down) didn't even submit my medical records. The hearing judge had no medical record to correlate with my testimony. so the judge was forced give my case a continuance. I had sent Juan Flores Jr. my medical records (overnighted at that) on the 16th of April. He had four weeks to submit them but was too lazy to do that. If you want a lawyer that will take his amateur pick up game basketball career more serious than your case this is your guy.

Was feeling Discouraged

I've been applying for disability since 2009. I have severe Fibromyalgia since 2009 Rybomyalgia, Arthritis in all my joints, high blood pressure, fatigue, ins, cystic Kidneys, Depression. OCD, insomnia, sciatica, constant pain.and infections from Cellulitis, High Anxiety, people fobia. For 5 yea...rs I've been struggling with all this. On so much medication. Social security has denied me so many times. I just had my appeal. Meet Attorney. Juan Flores. He spoke up for me. Briefed me the night before. After the. Hearing Mr.Flores took me to waiting area and he concerned his self with me . Getting to know me. I've never had this before. Not even with the lawyers I have or the one I fired. I feel confident with this case. And who I have representing me (Mr.Flores) . Even if I don't win yes I'll give up but at least someone heard me and understand what I'm going through. I will spread his name out there so the people would know there is someone who cares. Thank You Mr. Flores. God bless.......Patricia. Betton
