Daniel Stephen Murdock

Dan earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Wake Forest University. Prior to that, Dan attended the University of Washington where he earned his Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Political Science.

While in law school, Dan co-authored a book chapter with Professor Mike Green on American employers’ liability and workers’ compensation law. Dan presented his research to the European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law at an international conference in Vienna, Austria. In business school, Dan and another MBA student developed and presented a multi-city expansion plan for a North Carolina law firm. As a member of the Moot Court Board at Wake Forest, Dan was selected to compete in the John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining Teague Campbell, Dan was a summer associate at the firm and interned at the Pacific Legal Foundation. Dan is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
