I found Ms. Sandlin to be overly aggressive with poor ability to see the big picture. I did not find her to be a thoughtful, measured, wise person. In one instance she grossly misinterpreted facts - I do not know whether intentionally or not - and could not see another perspective on events. I fou...nd dealing with her very unpleasant.
