Kevin Sisson

Kevin M. Sisson is the Managing Partner of Sisson Law Firm PLLC. Kevin brings a unique blend of experience as a former Wall Street corporate/securities attorney, Investment Banker, hedge fund manager and small business entrepreneur to help his clients achieve their business and commercial goals.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990. He began his professional career with Price Waterhouse in their Charlotte, NC office. Kevin then earned his Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from New York University School of Law in 1996. While attending Law school, Kevin successfully passed the CPA exam. After earning his law degree he began practicing corporate and securities law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City.

Kevin left Cravath to embark on a career in Investment Banking. He joined as an Associate in the High Yield Bond Group at Salomon Brothers and rose to become a Managing Director in Leverage Finance at Citigroup (which had acquired Salomon Smith Barney). From Citigroup Kevin moved to Morgan Stanley also as a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance.

After leaving Morgan Stanley, Kevin co-founded Cyan Partners, which was a middle-market focused direct lending hedge fund. He also served as Chief Compliance Office of Cyan Capital Markets, a FINRA registered broker-dealer subsidiary of Cyan Partners. Kevin previously held series 7, 24, 63, and 79 FINRA licenses.

In 2013, Kevin moved back to North Carolina to become a small business owner. He opened Launching Pad Trampoline Park which now has locations in Raleigh, NC and Salem, VA.

With his entrepreneurial spirit satisfied, Kevin decided to utilize his experience in the corporate/ financial sector to help companies achieve their business and commercial legal goals.

Kevin is admitted to the bar in the States of New York and North Carolina. He is also a licensed CPA in New York (inactive status).

Kevin is married and has 4 children and one dog. He is the President of the Registry at Bailey Farm Homeowner's Association (HOA). In his spare time he enjoys reading, watching sports, playing the guitar and flying his twin-engine Cessna 421 airplane.
