Dominic Hugh Totman

I founded Totman Law to build and run a law firm that puts clients first, combining exceptional and proactive legal services for individuals and businesses in North Carolina with a clients-first approach to the business of law. I've achieved this by producing exceptional work product and engaging in meaningful, ongoing and responsive relationships with each client.

I believe it is really my approach to the client relationship that distinguishes me from other law firms and lawyers. I established Totman Law on the principle that clients deserve and benefit from a significant and meaningful relationship with their attorney. Through engaged, responsive and proactive communication and dialogue, and by providing ongoing updates and progress reports, I keep my clients informed and provide an attorney-client relationship that is more than simply a transaction.

Outside the office, my first love is my family. I'm the father of a young son and husband to a beautiful native North Carolinian. I enjoy spending my spare time with family, listening to and playing music, exercising, and chasing my dogs around the park.
