William G. Berggren

Bankruptcy was a big taboo for me but when there was no other way I sought the services of Mr. Berggren and I'm so happy I did. He took me by the hand throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, attentive, and honest. He always made time to answer all of my questions during... these 5 years, I really felt he was on my side. Attorney Berggren was professional, courteous and patient. We contacted him late in the evening when we had an unexpected issue arise (with an unrelated transaction handled by another firm. He had no involvement with that transaction, but he still took time to offer advice) He went above and beyond ...as he had no vested interest in helping us, and truly just wanted to help us resolve the issue. He was not interested in taking advantage of us, and in fact, recommended we NOT pay him for something that was unnecessary (when he easily could have acted like it was, and gotten us to pay.) Definitely an attorney you want on your side during the difficult bankruptcy process.
