My advice do not hire
Do not use this firm. Promised things did not deliver. Didn't get my medical records and lied to me for over six months. Wouldn't submit requests to social security. Degraded me, judged me, left things out. Kept my paperwork. I almost had a stroke from the treatment from this firm. I may never get my...

Review
It took 10 years after a disability started for me to have courage to ask for help. Charles Hall was judgmental, insulting, refused to answer questions .... and actually rolled his eyes and snarled at me . Today I wonder whether I even belong on this Earth. Is that advocacy?
