Andre Truth Timothy McDavid

Back in September 2018, i was charged with DWI. I felt closed in and didn't know what to do. However, my friend suggested me to Attorney McDavid. Mr. McDavid was retained one day before my court date. We really didn’t have a lot of time to prepare which was somewhat risky for me in terms of the legal fee but I am happy to say based on the results the money was well spent. My goal was to send a strong message to my daughter’s mother and that ...was accomplished thanks to Mr. McDavid. While I don’t plan to have anymore legal issues in the future if I do Mr. McDavid will be my first call for representation. I was more than pleased with his service.

I consulted with Andre a few months before the court date. He made sure that I understood what needed be done as far as paying the court fees by a certain date. He asked me if I had any questions and answered all with facts through experience. He showed everyone inside and outside the court room respect. He treated me to lunch where I forgot about everything I was worrying and stressing about months prior. He's a great, funny guy who absolutely loves what he does. His services are affordable. He's a very positive guy that makes you positive even in a negative situation. Thanks to Andre my insurance won't go up and I won't have a history. certainly there aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how happy I am, and how pleased I am with the services provided by Andre!!! He has definitely gained a client and a friend forever!!!!

In a family law case to which he was present, but not counsel for either party, Andre went out of his way to make a way for my daughter to be able to spend a few hours with her mother.
