Amy Harrison Nuttall

Amy H Nuttall is an experienced attorney who brings her passion and commitment to all areas of family law. Her practice includes all aspects of family law including surrogacy, adoption, divorce, property settlement, spousal support and child custody and support. Although she works closely with clients to reach agreeable settlements, Amy is prepared to litigate those issues which cannot be resolved amicably.

Serving all families, no matter how they are defined, is a cornerstone of her practice. She prides herself as being a “real attorney for real people” and is dedicated to helping all of her clients as they make some of the most important decisions of their lives.

In addition to her legal practice, Amy believes in being an integral part of the community, and over the past 20+ years, while working full-time, she also managed to volunteer and served on boards of numerous non-profits. Her passions are advocating for education to empower women and girls, through her long-time membership with Soroptimist of Raleigh, as well as serving the homeless youth of the area through Haven House Services.
