It was a really disappointing experience! Always late for scheduled phone calls - late for over 30 minutes for two consecutive times. And always procrastinating - would not start doing stuff until I asked REPEATEDLY! Also, the common scenario is that I would write on Monday asking her progress/questi...ons, she would respond to schedule a phone call on Tuesday, and from Wednesday on until the following week I couldn't reach her anymore - no heads up about traveling/conferencing and the only way of finding out is the automatic email response that "I am out of town till next week". Had little attention to detail - had my name spelled wrong in the contract. Just switched to a different law firm - rather pay a higher price for a more professional and capable lawyer! The new lawyer responds to questions so fast and always give me heads up if he will be delayed by some other cases. Comparisons really makes me see the differences.
