DO NOT HIRE BREEDEN LAW!!! All they care about is taking your money!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Melissa and the attorneys office. Communication was poor, and it often felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. During our interactions, it honestly felt like the attorney was... on the opposing side. The questions she asked came across as if she was challenging us instead of advocating for us, which made us feel unsupported. We were initially told they could fight for us, but after taking our payment, they said they couldn’t help. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude and even hung up on us. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this office!!!!

It's tough to find a good lawyer. Especially out in rural areas, where JD holders capitalize on demographics: "Where else are you going to go?". Half the lawyers in the sandhills of NC couldn't sell girl scout cookies, and the other half are more concerned with catching up on what fun they missed d...uring law school. So you can choose between a Kirby vacuum cleaner salesperson or a big child who spends most of their time on Facebook or in a wine bar looking for credence to represent you. Holly Groh is from a different mold, a lawyer who you would expect in a metropolitan area; fair, considerate, knowledgeable, and (important) an adult. Do you want to see your kids? Bam. Cheap solicitor of a parenting coordinator trying to charge you too much? Boom. Ex wants to call a false allegation to DSS and put a mickey-mouse "no contact order" in place? Better grab a coke and smile because you're in good hands.
