Biography
I have 21 years of experience in civil law. I have handled landlord/tenant issues, debt collection matters, estate matters, contract disputes, school law issues, employment matters and real estate matters. I have extensive experience in litigating general civil litigation matters and insurance defense matters in federal and state courts throughout Ohio. I have also had eight years of experience presiding over, and ruling on, civil cases for 8 years prior to my returing to private practice. Serving in that unique capacity gave me an even greater insight into how to prepare and litigate cases. I chose to move back to North Carolina to concentrate my practice on estate planning matters.
