Small Business Contract

I needed a lawyer immediately due to unexpected contract review. She was more than willing to work with me and in fact she responded during the weekend! We actually emailed several times, she requested that I send her information so she could read it before we met on Monday. Very pleasant and thoroug...h. Legal jargon is confusing, she was very patient in explaining things to me and letting me know that getting it right before I sign was important.

Great legal choice!

Attorney Averhart was a very good choice when I needed representation on employment matters. She was always accessible throughout the case and provided excellent counsel. I was glad to have had her services each time it was necessary.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
