Russel Babb is a phenomenal lawyer. He did a wonderful job handling my complicated case and helped me with my student troubles as well. His practices are very professional and gave me the sense that he truly understood what I was feeling and going through during my case. I was convicted of a DWI years ago and haven’t had a drivers license in many, many years. I had a second DWI in the late ‘90s that I’d never taken care of, and then I got a third DWI last year. Things weren’t looking good to say the least. Mr. Babb helped me resolve all my cases and honestly I... was amazed at the outcome he got for me. I didn’t have to spend one day in jail. He got the second DWI dismissed and I got unsupervised probation for the new one. He’s even taking the time to help me get my license back, which a year ago seemed like a pipe dream. Mr. Babb was very effective for me and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a really good lawyer in Raleigh. Not only was he a great Lawyer he was also a good friend as I was also going through some serious medical all while going through my legal issues. I was charged with a felony and several misdemeanors after making a very bad decision while I was in high school. I’m so glad I hired Russell Babb. Russell had the felony dismissed at my very first court date and got all the other charges dismissed months before my next court date.
