also known as Mark Gunter
I have a full-service law practice in Downtown Raleigh, NC where I concentrate on real estate-related litigation matters. I also represent homeowners' associations and their collections issues and appear often in bankruptcy court in the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina dealing with other creditors' rights issues. I have handled transactional loan closings for the last 20+ years and routinely represent clients with their traffic tickets and other small criminal matters.
When I am not practicing law, I love spending time with my family, sailing and playing tennis in the USTA leagues. I am a member of the Edenton Street United Methodist Church.
