Airplane Accident
I met Jim Crouse in March of 2005 when I was involved in an airplane accident. I will never forget meeting Jim for the fist time while I was in rehab. Amidst all the nurses and doctors, Jim came in like a breath of fresh air. He was very professional, calm, cordial, and frank. He sat down to get...
"I had the pleasure of working with Jim Crouse on a case that resulted from a helicopter crash that occurred outside Roswell, New Mexico. I specifically sought out and retained Jim Crouse because of his experience and expertise in aviation cases, and his prior experience in helicopter crash cases. He came highly recommended from various sources. I was not disappointed. Jim is an outstanding attorney and a great co-counsel. He is easy to work with, and always carries his share of the load. He provided superior advice, knowledge and counsel in all areas that were needed, and provided invaluable guidance that allowed us to successfully resolve the case. Jim is a great person."
"As a young lawyer, i worked for Jim many years ago. He's just a top notch lawyer and wonderful guy."
"James is a brilliant aviation attorney. His tenacity and aggressive demeanor serve his clients well in and out of the courtroom."
"About a year ago, I was wading through a nuanced issue regarding the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Inquiry showed that Jim had recently faced a similar issue. Though I did not know Jim, and I was a complete stranger to Jim, he took the time to speak with me and walk me through the issue. I am quite grateful, and would certainly endorse him."
"James Crouse is an absolutely tremendous lawyer and an even finer person. He is the preeminent aviation lawyer in this part of the world and does an outstanding job on personal injury and other cases. When an aviation case comes to me, the first thing I do is get James Crouse on board. His knowledge of the technical aspects of aviation is unparalleled. His knowledge of the law, and particularly aviation law, is top-notch, so much so that he taught aviation law at a prominent local law school. Perhaps most importantly, he fights hard for his clients. There is no one I'd rather have on my side."
"Jim and I have worked together on some challenging cases. His energy, knowledge and attention to detail helped us serve our clients well."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jim Crouse is the consummate professional. he is a Miltary Test Pilot, Accomplished Aviation Trial Practitioner and Accident Investigator. He takes hard cases and does well because he leaves no stone unturned in his search for the truth. I would never hesitate to put a client in touch with Jim Crouse because I know they would be served well by the best! This guy is a shining star in the legal profession!"
