I retained Frank Chen three times to defend my son in traffic court. Each time he was able to resolve the case to my satisfaction. There was a strong possibility my son would lose his license the third time but Mr. Chen was able to avoid that. I regard him highly.

Not sure he's the best attorney to choose to defend you in a traffic case. I never personally met the guy, paid over the phone with a credit card. I assume he went to my hearings.
