Not sure he's the best attorney to choose to defend you in a traffic case. I never personally met the guy, paid over the phone with a credit card. I assume he went to my hearings. I'm not sure how well he defended me, never actually went to a court date myself. He was rude and combative with me on t...he phone. For the money I paid him (which was cheaper than other attorneys that were recommended to me) he was not able to strike a deal at all with the Prosecutor. I guess you get what you pay for. Hope your approach improves, Frank.

Recently retained Mr. Chen to handle my daughter's traffic ticket (Failure to Stop and Running a Stoplight) which included an accident deemed her fault. His demeanor was very professional as he clearly defined his expectation for the outcome and his fee for handling her case. I found his rates to b...e very reasonable and the case was dismissed with no traffic or insurance points being assessed. I would definitely recommend this attorney to my best friends.
