Biography
Mr. Kingsbery has developed an extensive criminal tax defense practice defending tax payers and businesses in both State and Federal criminal tax investigations, and has represented taxpayers in criminal actions all over the State of North Carolina and in all three Federal Districts in the state. For his outstanding trial work and professional ethics, he was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2018. Over the past 28 years, he has tried dozens of civil and criminal jury trials in numerous state and federal courts across North Carolina and he has received an AV rating from his peers as reported in Martindale-Hubbell. He enjoys Fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America (2010) and the American College of Trial Lawyers (2018).
