Martin A Tetreault

My ex filed to change custody agreement. I used Martin to help me. He never asked for my paperwork to prove i am right or to show my side. The day before court he pressured me to agree to almost everything my ex wanted. I told him about past trauma, abuse and past DVPO. His answer was "You have on...ly 6 years left to deal with it. You are going to be fine". I was very disappointed. Karen, his paralegal was amazing.

After almost three years of trying to get my divorce and property settlement finalized, I was at my wits end and changed attorneys. I retained Mr. Tetreault and was incredibly pleased with how quickly he brought the matter to conclusion. He was very direct in what I could expect. I had no issues with... communication and either he or Karen returned my calls in a timely manner. We did not go to trial so I cannot speak to his performance in the courtroom. My case was settled in mediation. Mr. Tetreault was prepared for each session and had obviously done the necessary research for my case. I was very pleased with all aspects of his representation. I would and have recommended him to others with similar circumstances.

Mr. Tetreault's office never fails to cash checks quickly, but you can call and email repeatedly for weeks on end and never receive a return call or email. There were times when I was hours away from heading into a hearing, and I hadn't heard from Mr. Tetreault and had no idea if he had read anythin...g I provided him. I agree with a previous reviewer. Don't be bowled over by his bravado. He's an average attorney who will drive you crazy with his refusal to keep in contact with you.
