Brooks R. Carter was born in Apex, North Carolina, and raised in the southern part of Wake County. He graduated from Campbell University in 2011 with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, while working for Wells Fargo as a bankruptcy analyst, a desire was sparked in him to attend law school. Mr. Carter then attended North Carolina Central University School of Law, graduated Cum Laude, received his Juris Doctor degree in 2016, and was admitted to the bar in the same year.
Mr. Carter enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, and his two children, Camden and Emersyn. His interests include attending sporting events, spending time outside and at the beach. He is also very active in his church and local community.
