You are representing my daughter, Heather Jo Alkins, aa a recent Court Appointed attorney. Please look into Friday. She was in Court all day long. Even the deputy that took her to the Magistrate, vouched she was in court all day. It didn't do any good to tell him. Heather has been diagnosed with a se...rious heart condition, Brugars Syndrome.with active seizures. I've noticed Heather could be possibly be suffering from absentee seizures? I'm familiar with them from another child having them. It's "how a person can take a trip without leaving the farm. And after these brief seizures, they have no memory. They loose time. Heather has an implant in heart. She is SUPPOSE to have that monitor with a certain distance of her at all times. It sends how the heart is functioning. It us connected to Atrium ( I believe that's the name), Hospital in High Point. I question why the Nurse at the jail , shows no interest in securing it for the jail? She doesn't cooking ate with Jessica, Heather's friend. I, myself, believe this is a time that the innocent is being punished. Please check.out my story. Unfortunately my significant other had her as a public defender. She was so hard to get in touch with her for anything and then she told the DA that the plan was to plead guilty before she had ever spoken to him. Once in the court room she barely put up a fight to even try to get any help for him. An...d then when the case was over she calls and gives us misinformation about his release etc. Honestly this woman just came off as snappy and someone who just doesn't care about trying to help anyone. She is perfectly fine with her clients being found guilty.

Keesta is my home girl, she's been riding with me for years handling my stupid stuff I find myself in, she knows the system and what to expect from DA, I trust her, she has been in my corner everytime court issues her as my attorney..I love her, she has always kept it real with me, she's straight up ...100, she can be a little brassy towards some, just let her do her thing and if I don't understand something she'll break it down to me on my level..5Stars from me.. She represents just don't piss her off telling her how to do her job why she has a license & you don't..

I felt that she was not all there with my case. Although she only works with Juvenile cases .. Not DWI cases, I got my stuff I needed that she asked me to do with no questions asked, so I’m here at last court date...Remind you we haven’t spoke since then! Knowing I have called and left her voicema...ils. While I’m in court I try and reach out to her and she rolls her eyes .. and tells me to sit back down I’ll get to you in a few! Then calls me finally and says not sure why I haven’t gave you this information to get your license back? I’m puzzled, so at recess I go and do everything she told me to. I get back and she tells me .. this is why I didn’t tell you this ? Because you have to get a device in your vehicle that you drive, so it felt like I had a new court date!! This could have been done a long time ago ! It took Tucker Charm to help me with my case .! Tucker told me I did everything I was supposed to do .. that to give myself a pat on the back!! Also she said their is not much that you can do further . You have done it! If you don’t hear from Pass nor me? Contact me the following Monday! So now I had to meet her and she had to find the judge to sign my provisional license ! I felt like she blamed this on me. When all I was trying to do was do right . I had a whole folder full of what I have done!

Ms Pass was very involved in my God sons juvenile case. She kept me informed at all times and even suggested other programs that would be useful and would keep him out of trouble. Ms. Pass explained each process that we would be going through and what we should expect.I would recommend Ms Pass to any...one in Roxboro or Durham
