Grant Stephen Scheuring

I had received my second DUI in the last 5 years back in October. The lawyer for my first DUI was a joke, hard to get him to give me any straight answers and was very unresponsive to my calls. So needless to say I did some AVVO research after my second offense. I spoke to three other lawyers befor...e talking with Grant, however he was the least expensive (which initially gave me some concern) but more importantly he was the most personable. I choose Grant to represent me in my case and he was spot on. He was extremely responsive to my emails and kept me informed of other issues that resulted from my DUI. I live out of state so me driving into NC for the case was a hazard. Grant pulled my driving record and informed me of some other outstanding issues I needed to get resolved with the DMV in NC before I got back on the road. This information was extremely valuable. Grant seemed to be knowledgeable of the wake county judges and made it a point to put me in the best situation to get my case tried in front of what he felt was the most lenient judge. The strategy worked. I was given the lightest punishment for a person with my offense, and Grant made me feel confident thru the whole process. Without getting into the details of my case, Grant was incredibly approachable and kept me very much informed throughout the proceedings.
