Ms Thompson is supposed to be defending my son in a drug charge, where drugs were planted in my son's vehicle by local police. This was recorded on the policeman's body cam. When my son asked Ms Thompson to access the recording, her reply to challenging local authorities was "it will just make it ...worse for the both of us. " Ms Thompson lives in the same county as we do. Ms Thompson is recommending my son either agree to 2 years of probation or 45 days in jail, instead of doing her job and defending my son against a broken, shameful legal system.

I retained this lawyer in July 2014 to represent me in registering a foreign custody order. She at that time promised to have the paperwork ready to file upon the return of my son august 22nd. nearly a month later and numerous phone calls with no return calls. She calls me and apologized "my son wa...s sick." I then informed her of my dissatisfaction of her lack and inactions in my case. She then terminated her services and promised me a refund of the monies paid. I then two weeks later get the paperwork I gave her to start the case and a letter of her refusal to return my funds. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and NC state bar because you are licensed you are not entailed to take peoples money with no services provided
