Personable, Friendly, and Busy

John is very personable, friendly, professional, accommodating, and closed us on time. I'm not sure I will use him again as it seemed he was, at the time, too busy to keep us well informed. To be fair, maybe he thought we didn't need to know. I am giving John the benefit of the doubt in my rating ...for Trustworthy; he didn't do anything to make me distrust him. I would recommend him to others with these reservations.
