Mccullers is the worst attny i have ever had. I have been trying to contact him since October 2016. He will not return my calls. He went to court for me on a traffic ticket. He did not let me know any details of what happened in court or what fines i needed to pay and therefore my liscence wrre r...evokrd. I did not know that they were revoked and now i have a dwlr charge pending. He says that he mailed me a letter. I didn't get any correspondence from him so i asked him to send me a copy of the letter and he didn't. I don't think he sent me anything and took my money then left me out to dry!! He SUCKS

This lawyer tried to handle my criminal case. The one day I was told to be in court I was there. My case got continued due to officer being absent . after court I was told that someone from the law firm would contact me to let me know whether I would have to appear at my next court date. Nobody eve...r contacted me .I got a call on my courtdate , about an hour and a half after court started wondering where I was at. If I would have known I had to be there I would have appeared. So the lawyer said he will try to get me a new court date in the next few days. A week later I emailed him 2 different times to see if he got a new date. Well about 2 weeks later a policeman was knocking at my door with a warrant for my arrest. I spent several hours in jail and my kids were devastated their mommy went to jail. Wasted 800.00 also.
