R. Brian Cloninger

Mr. Cloninger met with my son and helped us with a driving matter. He was true to his word (yes that still exists!). He charged a fair price. Probably more than fair to be honest. He let us know what to expect and answered my questions along the way. Hate to have to need an Atty but will use him ag...ain when the time arises. I am a fan. Also only Atty I have ever found with 100% positive feedback. Hire him!

Robert Brian Cloninger was an excellent attorney that saved me the hassle of going to court for me. His price was about $300 cheaper than the competition lawyers. He got my case taken care of in a timely manner after I got him the paperwork needed. I needed him to take care of my traffic violation by... the first of the month and as soon as i got him the insurance info he went to court within 2 days. We came to Mr. Cloninger with a difficult situation in which we didn't think there was going to be any help for but after a referral to him we decided to give it a try. We were already scheduled for a hearing with the DMV which we figured was going to be a waste of time and license would not be issue...d back in return. Mr. Cloninger gladly decided to assist us. He dug into the driving record and did an extensive research of many charges listed and discovered there was a possible way this could be handled without a hearing. He gave us his suggestion which had us at that point working with multiple attorneys and multiple court districts. He provided step by step instructions on what needed to take place and how. After following his instructions a prior conviction was reviewed and dismissed which allowed a return of driving privilege's without a hearing. After years of dealing with the DMV and multiple attorneys Mr Cloninger was the first attorney that actually gave us an alternative method of handling a lengthy driving conviction record by offering step by step instructions. He saw the big picture that a past was just that a past and that there was a better way to handle the situation. His knowledge of the law and court systems is beyond top notch. His responsiveness is above the rest. I would definitely refer Mr Cloninger to anyone needing traffic offense assistance.

Mr. Cloninger could not have been more helpful. I'm only 18 but he took care of my speeding ticket for cheap and managed to make it a nonmoving violation and therefore no points were added to my license. He was friendly, smart, helpful, and an all-around great attorney. I reccomend him to anyone with... any legal trouble whatsoever. I will definitely hire him again if need be.
