My mom who is a greencard holder filed I-130 for my two brothers. USCIS sent us an RFE citing not enough evidence to prove relationship because the birth certificates were not issued immediately after birth, this would have been the time to look for a lawyer but we did not, we proceeded on our own to... provide the evidence eventually leading to denial of petition.
