Excellent Attorney

I hired Attorney Allison to help me resolve a speeding traffic ticket. Attorney Allison explained in detail all of my options to resolve my traffic ticket. I wanted to walk away without any points against my license. Attorney Allison gave me the best advice that gave me the outcome I hoped for; if... I ever need legal services, he would be the first person that would come to mind.

No need to look further

Mr. Alison was very professional yet casual. Very informative about options and approaches regarding my speeding ticket 75/55 and in the end was able to get it reduced to improper equipment. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Very professional, timely and attention to details.

Attorney Allison handled my case related to a serious traffic accident that was not my fault. I was getting no where with the insurance company and they tried to get me to quickly settle and would not agree to the continued medical treatment that my doctor advised. This was a very trying time for me ...and my husband; we both felt helpless and were about to just settle to get rid of the headache. However, my husband talked to one of his co-workers who had used Attorney Allison on a case and said that we should talk to him. From the beginning Attorney Allison was personal and professional--he talked to us within a few days of our call. His office staff was prompt in followup and from the first call through the settlement he was honest, set our expectations and then went above and beyond what we expected. He never talked over our heads, ignored us or made us feel like we were asking to many questions. He actually got us a settlement for much more than we could have hoped and extended my physical therapy. This lawyer is an honest man that was just a godsend to me and my family. I have recommended him to other family members and friends for a few issues and all of us just feel honored to know him and his staff. He is a humble man with a big heart and really knows the law and how to get you where you need to be. I could not recommend him more highly.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
