Mrs. Quinn helped our small business with a client of ours that requested warranty repair above and beyond what the warranty covered. We strive to provide all of our clients with quality work, pricing and customer service. In this case the client requested we perform work outside the scope of which... we were hired to do. We attempted to resolve the issue with the client directly and were unsuccessful in reaching an agreement.
