Kevin Bunn has been certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Expert in North Carolina Workers' Compensation law. Kevin regularly represents workers who have been injured on the job in North Carolina before the North Carolina Industrial Commission (NCIC). He also represents workers who are injured outside North Carolina while working for a North Carolina company.
Kevin's North Carolina workers’ compensation practice focuses on a wide variety of workplace injuries, including back injuries, falls, automobile accidents while on-the-job, as well as hip, leg, knee, ankle, foot, shoulder, arm elbow, wrist and hand injuries. Kevin has also successfully handled occupational disease claims, and psychological injuries due to workplace trauma.
Kevin Bunn is a life-long resident of North Carolina and a graduate of Enloe High School, in Raleigh In 1986, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with majors in Political Science and English. In 1989, he received the degree of Master of Public Administration, and was awarded the Robert House Fellowship. In 1993, Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Kevin has practiced law in Cary, N.C., since 1993. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts. Kevin focuses his practice primarily on NC workers’ compensation claims, representing injured North Carolina workers before the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
Mr. Bunn is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, where he serves on the Board of Governors and the Workers’ Compensation Section Executive Committee. A real let down
No advice through out the case, little or no influence on my care, poor settlement, and said he had my SSD taken care of,then find he dropped the ball on that too, now to start to reapply for SSD all over again, back pay from SS Gone. No going back, but Karma will suffice.
