I recently hired Ms. Jennifer Rose to process my closing docs. She is really difficult to reach and she barely responded your request. When I told her to double check the legal documents as she misspelled my last name on one of very important form, she never responded as if it never happened. in add...ition, she always overlooked some forms I signed and send to her already as she requested me to send those forms again several days later.
