I hired Amy Privette to establish a revocable living trust for me following my recent divorce. She was highly recommended to me by my financial advisor, and I was extremely satisfied with her professionalism, competence, and attention to detail throughout the process. She is very organized, was alway...s clear about the steps leading to the trust completion and what needed to be done next, as well as answwering any questions I had along the way. We mainly communicated through calls and emails since I live outside the Raleigh area. She genuinely desires to put together a trust/will suited to your individual needs and family circumstances. Once the trust document was completed, and after reviewing it first through email, I met with her in person and went over everything in detail. I appreciated the comprehensive set of instructions for funding the trust, and the organized binder with all the essential documents inside.
