Great Estate Planning

We highly recommend Amy Privette for estate planning. We had a will and estate plan from twenty years ago. Our family and the laws have changed much in those years. Amy did an excellent job explaining the estate planning process. She walked us through the various options available. In addition, A...my provided examples and scenarios so we could see the benefits and limitations of various estate planning tool options. Amy interpreted the legal speak for us. She was patient with us when we had questions and answered each question thoroughly. We feel confident with our estate plans.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known Amy for several years, and I had the honor of working with her both on estate planning matters and in constitutional law matters in law school. Above all, Amy is kind-hearted and hard-working, not to mention exceptionally smart. "I don't know" is not in her vocabulary because she will work tirelessly to find the RIGHT answer when presented with a question. Her work ethic and caring nature make her an exceptional estate planning attorney, an area of law that focuses on many personal issues. Her clients can be confident that she truly cares about the things most important to them and that she will help them design a plan that works best for their families. I recommend Amy highly!"

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
