Paul B. Stam Jr.

I had consultations with Mr. Stam on landlord-tenant matters. He was very expensive but gave excellent advice. I remember sitting in his office trying to figure out how much I was being charged for him to look things up in his books; I naively thought he would charge only for his consultation time ...with me, not his time spent learning the law. I would recommend him for people who want carefully considered advice and are not penny-pinchers like me.
