Caroline Edwards Nickel

Associate Attorney – Ms. Nickel joined Stam & Danchi, PLLC in December of 2010. Ms. Nickel’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including residential and commercial closings; representing private property owners in land condemnation cases; and contract negotiations.

Experience

Ms. Nickel was admitted to the California State Bar in 2007. There, her practice of law began as a constitutional research assistant to Kenneth Starr. In 2008, Ms. Nickel joined a large California based firm as an associate attorney, where she focused on commercial litigation and contract disputes. In late 2009, Ms. Nickel and her husband were able to return to her home, Cary.

In 2010, Ms. Nickel became a licensed North Carolina attorney. She has always been actively involved in her family owned businesses, specifically the commercial real estate firm. Her experience with land transactions and commercial property further enhance Ms. Nickel’s practice of law.

Ms. Nickel is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and 10th Judicial District Bar.

Ms. Nickel is on the Board of Directors for Cary Visual Art, Inc. and is the present chair of the Friends of WakeMed Children’s Committee. She is also a member of the Cary Debutante Society and the Junior League of Raleigh.
