Mr. Causey is a very experienced attorney. I retained him after my initial consultation because of his "sixth sense" about the charges in my case (he felt something wasn't right). He didn't treat me as if I were a criminal trying to avoid punishment. He explained what he thought were problems with... the charges against me. Bill Causey is an outstanding lawyer-- all the way around! There are not enough words in the dictionary to say how impressed we are with him. We had to be patient at the beginning because he has other cases. Paperwork and information had to also arrive from his sources before he could get the overall... picture. Once he had the information in hand, he shared with us what was on the table. After reviewing the data, it felt like a defeating case of "authority" over the "citizen". We knew we were right, but we didn't have enough to show that we were right. When Bill got closer to the date, he took the reigns, did research and put himself in our shoes. It was brilliantly presented, methodically thought out so that everything was understood, and we ultimately took our tiny window of hope and stretched it as wide as it could possibly open. He won the entire case. Justice prevailed. It would not have felt as good, had it not been so right all along. People from the opposing side were introducing themselves to Bill Causey!
