Biography
My experience as a litigator ranges from patent litigation and IP-related business disputes to representing plaintiffs in class action and shareholder litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. I have handled all aspects of my cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting fact discovery, working with experts, taking depositions, preparing briefs, and arguing motions.
In August 2013, our family moved from San Francisco to Greensboro, N.C., when my wife accepted an assistant professor position at Guilford College.
