Barbara Jean Weiser

It's been 2 years since we hired her to file our divorce and get the court paperwork done in 2016. The only thing that she did fast was to charge the credit card. After that she filed wrong documents with wrong signatures to wrong courthouses, she was falling seriously sick every other month not resp...onding to email messages and not returning phone calls. So after 2 years while she was handling our case we still have no court judgment. Very unprofessional.

I hired Barbara for a complicated divorce and child custody case; The other parent wanted full custody and we were unable to agree who should get the kids and it was scary. Barbara stayed level headed and presented the case as a great lawyer does and helped beat the other side in legal skill as wel...l as COMMON SENSE! She is great to work with, friendly, professional, accommodating, and very good at her job. Hopefully no more divorces for me, but I highly recommend her to anyone with a divorce case and sticky situations where you need somebody to stand up for you.
