Highly recommend Attorney Huynh

I am from out of state. I received a speeding ticket just hours before I was scheduled to fly back to my home state. The State Patrol officer informed me that due to the speed I was being ticketed for, I would not be able to just pay the speeding ticket - that I would have to appear in court for this... ticket. In a complete panic I searched for a local attorney. I saw that Attorney Huynh had several positive reviews, so I decided to call him. Mr. Huynh informed me that he would be able to appear in court on my behalf, so I would not need to fly back to NC to appear in court. Additionally Mr. Huynh stated that, as long as I had a clear driving record, he would be able to get my ticket reduced to a lesser speed - which would then count less points against my driving record. Attorney Huynh and his staff handled everything for me. On the day of my court date I received an email from one of Mr. Huynh's legal assistants, stating that my ticket had been reduced and that all I needed to do was go online and pay the fees. Attorney Huynh made this a very painless process. I would highly recommend him.

Straight Forward

Got caught going 89 in a 65. Called Tony gave me the steps on how I could get it reduced and get 0 points on my license. He was very nice, understanding, and professional. I will be hiring him to represent me.

Very happy with his services!

I, unfortunately, have a few speeding tickets and recently ran into so bad luck along the way and got 2 tickets only a couple weeks apart. I do not live in the state of NC so I did some research and saw that he is affordable, knowledgeable, and worked pretty quickly. It was easy to get and stay in co...ntact with him and his team. I plead guilty to the ticket here in my home state (though I should have hired a lawyer so I didn't take the point hits on my record or have it go onto my insurance). Thankfully, even when I notified him with one a couple days to the court day, he was able to take care of it with no points on my license or having to raise my insurance. I would give him more stars but I can only put 5 stars. I would highly recommend him and his staff! :)

82 in a 55

I was at the end of a long road trip and didn't notice the speed limit change from 70 to 55, and was in absolute panic over the severity of receiving a speeding ticket for going 27 mph over the limit. I found Tony online and he answered the phone right away, and told me exactly what I needed to do in... order to obtain the best outcome. His assistant, Madison, was always prompt in responding to my emails and was organized throughout the entire process. Got my ticket reduced to improper equipment. Tony is the BEST! I hope to never be in this situation again but will not hesitate to refer anyone I know to him. Do not go to anyone else!!

HELP...................More Than Satisfied

I searched for a law firm around an hour or so and kept coming back to this law firm. The Law Office of Tony Huynh was hired in handling my case in a speeding violation. I spoke to Mr. Huynh and HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, RIGHT TO THE POINT. Making me feel right off at ease about my violation a...nd how he was going to help me. Then the other worry, THE COST!!!!!! Nothing to worry about there.............low fee from him and the court cost. He told me what to expect, exactly............what happen. I love things to turn out good. M y ticket was reduced down to an Improper Equipment, which means zero driver’s license points / insurance. This means I have no points on my driving record and ymy insurance premiums will not go up, which is ultimately a great results .I really do appreciate every step that was taken in my behave so that I didn’t have to appear in court and making sure that it was resolved in the matter it was. I’ve very pleased with the results. I’d be very happy to refer this law office to all my friends in need.
